I just wanted to say that in addition to liking the pizza and the broccoli poppers, we highly appreciated that they were open on christmas eve night. we had just picked up our daughter and were starving and nothing was open! Athens saved the day!!

I've eaten here quite a few times over the last few years, and seen the quality of food and service vary quite a bit. The quality used to be better, and seems to be declining. The last time I went there (about a month ago), I ordered a burger and fries and waited for my order. It took well over half an hour for the order to be filled. I overheard another customer asking why their order was taking so long. The explanation given was that it was very busy, but looking around, there were just a few customers in there with lots of unused tables. When it finally arrived, the bottom part of the burger bun was quite greasy (it tasted okay, but was unnecessarily messy). As I said, the quality varies quite a bit (and sometimes has been quite good), so I may try again in a few months to see if things have improved. One other reviewer noted the high staff turnover, which may help explain the variation in quality.

Athens pizza is all in all disappointing. I've eaten here quite a few times due to it being one of the limited choices in the area and it has good and down sides. If you are eating in, the burgers, grinders, and pizza are pretty average/good. The soft drinks have free refills, the fries are surprisingly crispy and fluffy, and they have big tvs if that's your sort of thing. Unfortunately the beer is always warm, the place has low paid staff with a high turnover which oft forget to put your order in. Delivery takes well over an hour every time and I'm five minutes away. It's biggest plus is the online ordering service that lets you pay with your debit card.

Was in the area and looking for some good local food. Ended up going here and it was a great decision! Food was good and prices were fair for the quality and quantity.The staff was also really friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back again!!

The food is awesome here. Very good service and very polite too. They are very busy at dinner time so wait times are a little longer, but it is worth the wait.

The chicken, bacon and ranch pizza was great. We were just in to pick up our order and there was a girl that was training and the Man that was training her was extremely impatient and rude in front of customers. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I think the owner should know and reprimand the employee for being so disrespectful to the employee and also to the customer.
